How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Hospitalslocked Walk-In Tubs should be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to tell us and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Hospitalslocked Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Hospitalslocked Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.

Send Us the Details

Email contact@hospitalslocked.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unsettled?

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
